policy concerning SPAM. We will do our best to discourage
SPAM by setting
out strict rules on any SPAM-related activity. Please REPORT
SPAM. Please include a copy of the E-mail with full message headers or newsgroup
message.
Together we can fight SPAM. We have special systems to help
prevent SPAM.
What is SPAM?
Spam is unsolicited E-mail sent to someone without their
consent.
This also
includes, but is not limited to Bulk E-mail, list groups that E-mail SPAM for
you INCLUDING COMPANIES THAT E-MAIL FOR YOU OR ANY E-MAIL SERVICES, public chat areas and unrelated forum or newsgroup
postings.
If you desire to use such E-mail services that might SPAM, you MUST
direct
all such people to a Web Page you design on your own
host and get them to opt-in
to your list first before you direct them to your Globalnetvantage URL. By doing so you can prove that such a person actually did opt-in to
your list and that you did not send them SPAM. We have people that
have had great success creating their own opt-in list and then directing such
people to their Globalnetvantage URL.
Our Anti-Spam Policy
Any member that creates SPAM will have their membership cancelled immediately, will
forfeit all of their Globalnetvantage organization, and will be ineligible for a new
account. Any form of SPAM promoting this site ruins the image and reputation
of all responsible members. For this reason, we will take immediate action
against anyone who violates this policy. Further, our host has a zero
tolerance for SPAM and requires us to terminate such a violator immediately.
