In order to use this Website, a user must first opt-in and request more information.  To join a person must complete the registration form.  During registration a user is required to give his contact information (Name, Address, E-mail address and other personal information).  This information is used to contact the user about requested information and provide service via our site for which he or she has expressed interest and for Globalnetvantage business ONLY.  We will not sell, share, or rent personal information to others.  We use a double opt-in system, where the user first requests information and then verifies their email address to opt-in and receive information.  This is used to avoid unintentional SPAMMING the users email box.

By joining Globalnetvantage, you give the Club and your direct sponsor permission to E-mail you concerning Globalnetvantage business ONLY, which you agree will not be considered SPAM.  You sponsor is NOT PERMITTED to E-mail you for any other purpose other than Globalnetvantage business.  Further, we don't permit your sponsor to E-mail more than once per month and you may opt-out.  In the event you should get E-mail about other programs or any solicitation, please REPORT such as SPAM and we will terminate such a violator.  We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for SPAM. 

Security
This Web Site takes every precaution to protect our users personal information.  When a user submits sensitive information via our site, we will protect it both online and off-line to the best of our ability. 

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes, we have provided a way for such a member to personally and privately change such information.  This can be done within their member's area.

Right to Cancel
Opt-in users may always opt-out by following the instructions at the bottom of every email letter.  Our Members can cancel their Membership by clicking the cancel button in the Members' Area.   We will remove your E-mail and other information when you cancel.  You will not receive any contact after your cancellation.  If your upline continues to E-mail you after you request for them to take you off their list, please report such SPAM to us and we will terminate such a member.

Site and Service Updates
Members agree that we may send site and service announcement updates and communicate with all members to provide requested services in regards to issues relating to their accounts or any Club business via E-mail.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, this Web Page will be changed and such change will provide notification to all members.
