Join Globalnetvantage and purchase a Bronze Membership, you must agree to the following Terms and
Conditions:
1.
I agree to purchase a "Bronze"
Subscription Membership in Globalnetvantage (a "Private"
Club) for $9.95
for the first 30 days of "Bronze" membership
under our 30-Day Money
Back Satisfaction
Guarantee, which is made
part of this agreement (this is an
automatic monthly subscription withdrawal from your credit card or
checking account through Paypal). Thereafter, I agree to pay a
NON REFUNDABLE Subscription
"Bronze" membership fee of $9.95
per month
Member agrees that Globalnetvantage may at its sole discretion, change any membership fee, however, in such event
Globalnetvantage will notify member of such a change and member will not
be charged such a new membership fee unless they agree and set up a new
subscription via Paypal or such pay system as Globalnetvantage may
choose. Member agrees that there are NO
REFUNDS on any featured programs to which Globalnetvantage
may provide information and/or a link (It should be obvious that Globalnetvantage has
no control over these independent and unassociated third-party programs and products).
2.
Member agrees that he or
she may cancel
their "Bronze" membership prior to the end of
any 30-day anniversary of their membership and they will no longer be charged any further membership dues.
If you desire
to cancel your Globalnetvantage Membership, you MUST
go to your Members' Area in the Globalnetvantage Website and
click the cancel button. Member agrees that any
cancellation of their Globalnetvantage membership is his or her sole responsibility. In the event
that you can't access your Members' Area, you must cancel your
membership through your Paypal account. If you can't
access your Members' Area or your Paypal account you must E-mail
your cancellation, within 10 days of the end of any 30-day anniversary
of joining Globalnetvantage in order to cancel your membership by email and
in such a case you will not be
charged an additional month membership fee. Further,
Member may upgrade or downgrade their membership at any time
within their Members' Area, which will automatically change their
Subscription Membership dues and the features offered by the club.
3.
Member agrees that they MUST
first JOIN Globalnetvantage and be an active "Bronze" Member of the
Club in order to use any links to
any income program in the Bronze level. Once you pay the
Bronze membership fee, your Members' Area will automatically
update to include the Bronze level
training information and links to programs.
Member will then receive an E-mail containing their
Globalnetvantage URL. Simply go to your Globalnetvantage URL and
login via the "member login" button using the "user
name" and "password", which you selected
and was sent to you in your "Welcome
Letter" when you joined Globalnetvantage. Then
click the Bronze Training link and simply follow the instruction.
Member understands and agrees that Globalnetvantage pays no commissions
of any kind to anyone and that Globalnetvantage is not an
affiliate program of any kind. To make money using our system,
you will need to click on any featured income program and sign up in such
a program, if you so desire (you
are under no obligation to sign up in any third-party program).
Most featured programs are only a few dollars per month and provide you
with the potential of earnings as stated on such third-party Websites. Member
understands and agrees that such income as may be posted on any featured
program Websites is NOT offered by Globalnetvantage and understands and agrees that it takes
a while for such potential income to actually occur and that such income potential requires personal effort and
that the maximum income that is posted on such Websites is rarely
accomplished by anyone. Member agrees that he or she is
under no obligation to sign any other agreements nor is obligated to
accept any offers or representations as may be offered by any third-party featured program or system that
Globalnetvantage provides a link on its Website.
4.
Member agrees in
order to add their Program "user name" or Program
"ID code" within the Globalnetvantage Website that they
MUST sign up in each featured
program ONLY
under their
Globalnetvantage featured program sponsor.
Note:
Your Globalnetvantage featured program
sponsor might NOT be your actual
Globalnetvantage direct sponsor. If your direct Globalnetvantage
sponsor did not sign up for such a
featured program, then the next upline person who did sign up in such
featured program will be your actual Globalnetvantage program sponsor.
Once a person signs up via a Globalnetvantage link, such action
can't be changed nor can such people be moved to another
member. Member agrees in order to get paid by a featured
program, it is their sole responsibility to first sign up and join
such a program, so their Globalnetvantage customers will be able
to join under them. Further, member agrees that during any
Globalnetvantage suspension for
any reason or for non payment that all new Globalnetvantage sign ups
that join under them will be placed under their upline
sponsor who is active and signed up for such a program without
recourse.
Once
you sign up in any featured program under your Globalnetvantage program sponsor, then you may type your featured program
"user name" or "user
ID number" in your Members'
Area and click the
"Update Your Program Code"
button (this is the "user name" you used to sign up in the program or the
"user ID number" they assigned to you as your "user
ID number"). This will AUTOMATICALLY
create a link to your featured program URL. The featured
program link will look similar to the following: http://www.featuredprogram.com/index.php?ref=. Whatever comes after
"ref="
is your "user name" or "user ID number".
Type only this "user name" or "user ID number"
in the Members' Area. Therefore,
you can advertise your Globalnetvantage URL and anyone who joins
Globalnetvantage under you and then joins the featured program via your
link will be under you in the featured program and you will earn money
via the featured program as long as you and they remain active in such featured
program.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure you use the same "user name" (or same member ID#)
in your Members' Area as
you used to join the featured program or your link will not work.
5.
If you have already joined one of
the featured programs prior to joining
our Club, you are NOT
PERMITTED
to add such a
user name or program ID code in your Members' area or use our Club to promote such a program, but rather you must
rely solely on your actual sponsor for assistance.
If you desire to use our unique system to promote such a program, you
may either sign up again under your Globalnetvantage sponsor or have a family
member sign up in Globalnetvantage and then such a family member may
rightfully sign up in such a featured program under their
Globalnetvantage program sponsor. We don't want you to quit
such a program or in
any way be
disloyal to your present sponsor, but we don't allow anyone to use our
Club and bypass our actual members, who joined our Club and expect to
benefit from membership. If you
are already a member of such a program and don't want to have a family member sign up
in Globalnetvantage, then you agree to skip
over that program and NOT
TYPE SUCH A
FEATURED PROGRAM "USER NAME" (or ID#) IN YOUR MEMBERS' AREA FOR THAT
PROGRAM (you
may certainly take advantage of other programs in our system if you join
them under your Globalnetvantage sponsor). We
are a "private" Club for the strict benefit of our membership
and will not tolerate anyone who violates our rules.
This will
keep the records straight and not disadvantage any member.
6.
Member agrees that
Globalnetvantage may at its sole discretion and without notice to
membership, discontinue any featured program and/or any link to a featured program for any reason
and may without
notice introduce new featured programs at it sole discretion.
Member agrees that Globalnetvantage will not move
members from one sponsor to another and is not liable or
responsible to assure that members are placed under any certain member
and member agrees to be solely responsible to contact their customers
and inform them of any changes in programs. Further, member
agrees that Globalnetvantage has no control over placement in
unassociated third-party featured programs.
7.
Member agrees that they are under no obligation to
purchase any higher
level membership in Globalnetvantage.
The Membership dues of the
"Bronze" level is $9.95 per month. In the event such a member fails to
pay their total membership dues when due their Membership
will be suspended and during such suspension period their Members' Area
income program link pages will be disabled and all new members who
join under them will be placed under their direct upline without
recourse. If a suspended member goes to their
Members' Area, they will see a suspended page, where they can pay
their subscription membership dues and bring their membership back
to active status. This will maintain your organization and allow new members to use your links to sign up in
income programs under you again. In the event any
member should NOT pay their dues in a timely manor, cancels their
membership or are terminated, they will lose their entire Globalnetvantage organization and all
links and Club privileges. In the event that such a member ever
desires to rejoin Globalnetvantage, they will have to start from scratch
without recourse.
8.
Member agrees that Spamming in any form is not permitted and any member caught spamming
will be terminated immediately! We have a zero tolerance for
SPAM. Anti-Spam
Policy
9.
Member agrees that each individual is allowed to have only one account in
Globalnetvantage. If another family member of legal age in their
jurisdiction intends to sign up in
any featured program, then they must sign up separately in
Globalnetvantage.
10.
Member agrees to not provide any information that they receive at
a higher
membership level to members under them in lower levels in
Globalnetvantage or anyone outside Globalnetvantage.
11.
Member agrees that the Club reserves the sole right to approve any
membership and/or to disable any Web Site URL and/or terminate any
membership without cause and/or without notice.
12.
Member agrees to receive E-mail from the Club and from their Club direct
upline sponsor concerning Club Business.
Privacy
Statement.
Members agree to REPORT
any Member sending another
member SPAM E-mail (any E-mail other than actual Club business will be
considered unsolicited commercial E-mail -
this includes any information concerning any program or product that is
not featured in Globalnetvantage or not
concerning one of our featured programs).
13.
Disclaimer
of Warranties and Limitation of Liability -
"GLOBALNETVANTAGE" MAKES
NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT OF
ANY INFORMATION OR RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THIS SITE AND IN
PARTICULAR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION
CONTAINED ON THIS SITE OR SUITABILITY OF THAT INFORMATION FOR ANY
PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
TO THEIR SERVICE AND/OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR SERVICE; INCLUDING WITHOUT

Member
understands and agrees that this service is provided
on a "AS IS"
and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without
any technical support and
agrees that Globalnetvantage makes no guarantee of availability
of the Globalnetvantage Website, Links or any part of our System. Member
agrees that Globalnetvantage shall not be liable or
responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental loses or damages from
use or abuse of the Globalnetvantage Membership service or for any direct, indirect or incidental loses or damages from
use or abuse of any use, purchase or involvement with any products or
programs as may be featured on the Globalnetvantage Website, loss of data or Web Site programming or
malfunction including a disabled or terminated Web Site or
for
any other breach of contract or duty between
"Globalnetvantage" and Member
and Globalnetvantage is held harmless in the event of loss of or interruption of service of any
kind. Member
agrees that Globalnetvantage is a "private" Club offering
Membership as a product. Member agrees that Membership is well worth its cost without expecting any earnings, income or payment
of any kind from Globalnetvantage or any featured programs (this is a vital feature of
Globalnetvantage). Member agrees that Globalnetvantage is NOT an
income program and in fact does not pay anyone nor provides any financial
payout of any kind. Member agrees that THE CLUB MAKES ALL SALES of
Globalnetvantage Membership and therefore, member is not permitted to sell any
memberships of Globalnetvantage. Member
agrees that all prospects who request the FREE E-course and/or active members
who join Globalnetvantage are the sole
property of Globalnetvantage. Member agrees that in the event
that he or she desire any income from developing their own INDEPENDENT Home Business
using the information provided by Globalnetvantage that they agree to
rely solely on potential income derived from their separate relationship
with such independent third-party income programs, to which
Globalnetvantage provides an unassociated link.
14.
Member agrees that such membership
includes a Website URL, built-in Website software systems,
organizational management systems and a training system including access via certain links to
featured unassociated programs, products, tools and resources, which
member agrees that member may use solely at his or her own risk to build their own independent Home
Business. Member
agrees that he or she is not an employee or a marketing representative of
Globalnetvantage, but rather is an independent contractor simply
desiring to purchase the Globalnetvantage membership product for such
information as is provided by such membership. Further,
member understands and agrees that Globalnetvantage
is not an agent, marketer, representative, or middleman for any offers
made by independent third-party programs nor guarantees any income from
any featured third-party program nor recommends any third-party program
to which it may provide a link or may feature on
its Website or in other materials nor is liable or responsible for any
direct, indirect or incidental losses or damages that any member may
incur from participating in any such independent unassociated third-party
companies or programs featured in the Globalnetvantage Website.
15.
Member agrees that in the event that he or she
decides to build their own separate and independent Home Business using
the Globalnetvantage information and the Globalnetvantage Business System
that he or she will set up their own real business using their own
Business Name (not use the Globalnetvantage name as their own name in any
way except to promote their Globalnetvantage URL or to promote the
Club) and is of legal age to
conduct such business and at all times will conduct such Business
legally and agrees to be solely and legally responsible for his or her own
business activity and all associated taxes, certifying that its business
activity is legal based on the laws in his or her jurisdiction and Member
agrees to be solely legally liable and responsible for researching, understanding
and compliance with all laws in its jurisdiction or any applicable
jurisdiction in which he or she may conduct his or her business. Member
agrees that this membership is void where prohibited.
16.
Member agrees that
neither Globalnetvantage nor this agreement makes any offer
to sell, or any solicitation to buy securities, partnerships or any type
of investment. Further, member agrees that membership in
Globalnetvantage offers no cash value, ownership, guarantees, or voting
rights in Globalnetvantage, nor offers any capital gain, interest,
dividends, earnings, profit, or disbursements of any
kind, nor offers
any control of Globalnetvantage what-so-ever, nor is transferable.
Member agrees that Globalnetvantage provides no
investment, tax, business or legal advice, but member agrees to rely
solely on his or her own professional advisor for such advice. Member agrees that Globalnetvantage makes no offer
other than Membership and provides NO OFFER OR GUARANTEE of earnings what-so-ever.
17.
Member agrees during the life of this agreement and thereafter to indemnify
and hold Globalnetvantage and/or any Globalnetvantage upline sponsor Member harmless from and against any and all liability, demands, loses, claims, expenses, costs,
causes of action and damages arising
from or related to their Membership or their use of Globalnetvantage Website,
their violation
of these Terms and Conditions or their violation of any laws,
regulations, or third-party rights or resulting from
and against any third-party claims or resulting from their involvement in
Globalnetvantage or use of
Globalnetvantage
information or links. Member
understands and agrees
that this agreement is a NON-RECOURSE agreement for
services rendered and performed (member has immediate access to their
membership level training module upon payment as long as they pay their monthly
subscription payment) and
therefore, agrees to not sue
Globalnetvantage nor any Globalnetvantage upline sponsor for any reason in any jurisdiction. In the event
that member files a
lawsuit for any reason against Globalnetvantage and/or any
Globalnetvantage upline
sponsor, member agrees to pay all
attorney fees incurred by Globalnetvantage and/or such Globalnetvantage upline sponsor. Member agrees that in
the event that such a case is filed against Globalnetvantage and/or any
Globalnetvantage upline sponsor and
proceeds to court that the maximum liability of Globalnetvantage and/or
any Globalnetvantage upline sponsor is limited to
damages of not more than members purchase price of their first month of
membership and in no case to exceed a total of $9.95 USD.
Member agrees to abide by all present and future
policies, rules and regulations of Globalnetvantage.
18.
Member agrees that
Globalnetvantage has the right to terminate this
agreement at any time without cause and without notice at its sole
discretion and in such a case this agreement becomes null and void,
except for any clauses that remain after this agreement is terminated.
Further, Member agrees that Globalnetvantage may disable members Web Site at any time
without notice and without cause at its sole discretion.
19.
Member understands and agrees that Globalnetvantage
has certain valuable training, data, literature, information and
direction used in connection with its financing which
are VITAL to its business and success (called “CONFIDENTIAL
MATERIAL”) and to guard the legitimate interests of Globalnetvantage,
it is necessary for Globalnetvantage to protect the CONFIDENTIAL
MATERIAL by holding it confidential as TRADE SECRETS. After
execution of this agreement, Globalnetvantage will disclose to Member
certain of the CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL and Member, through its activities
and by virtue of this relationship with Globalnetvantage, will become
acquainted with certain CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL, which Member agrees to
KEEP CONFIDENTIAL and HOLD SECRET and Member agrees to NOT disclose
DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY any CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL written or verbally
received from Globalnetvantage to any third party whatsoever, nor use
any part or the entirety of such CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL to COMPETE with
Globalnetvantage neither during the life of this agreement or thereafter.
20.
Member agrees that this agreement constitutes the entire
understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the
matters covered by this agreement with all oral and written terms or
conditions contained herein. No modification or amendment shall be
valid, unless in writing and agreed to by Globalnetvantage.
Member agrees that everything written or contained in this Web Site is
included and is made part of this Agreement. Member agrees in the
event that any term or terms is declared invalid by a court, all other
term or terms of this Agreement will remain in force. Further,
member agrees that the Club may
change any part of this Agreement or any part of this Web Site at its
sole discretion, without notice, and such a change will automatically
update this agreement and will become effective immediately.
Member understands and agrees that in the event he or she should
click the "I Agree" button it is considered the same as
their actual signature
and thereby agrees to be bound to all the terms of this contract.
